Policies
We follow all federal guidelines under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to protect your sensitive health information. This includes both in-person and electronic records.
To help protect our patients and staff, we follow immunization guidelines based on age and health needs. If you’re unsure which vaccines may be recommended or required for your visit, our team is happy to help.
