A pediatrician is a doctor who specializes in caring for children from birth through adolescence. They monitor growth and development, treat illness, offer guidance for parents, and help your child stay on track with vaccinations and preventive care.
We recommend scheduling your newborn’s first visit within 2-5 days after birth. This checkup helps ensure your baby is feeding well, gaining weight, and adjusting to life outside the hospital.
During the first two years, children need regular visits to track growth and stay current on vaccines. After age 3, most children only need an annual checkup, unless there are ongoing health concerns.
Well-child visits include a physical exam, growth measurements, developmental screenings, and plenty of time to ask questions. We’ll also review your child’s nutrition, behavior, and sleep patterns.
Vaccines protect your child – and the people around them – from serious illness. We follow CDC guidelines to make sure your child is safe, protected, and on schedule.
Yes. We offer same-day sick visits when available and encourage you to call early if your child wakes up with symptoms. Our team can guide you on what to do next. If your child is having a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.
Yes! You’re welcome to schedule a prenatal visit to meet our team, ask questions, and get familiar with the clinic. It’s a great way to begin building relationships before your baby arrives.
