We would like to inform you that Dr. Gardiner will be leaving SHSU Physicians as of April 30, 2026. She is relocating out of state to continue her career. We are grateful for the care and dedication she has provided to our patients and families.

Your care remains very important to us. We have experienced pediatric and family medicine providers available and are committed to ensuring a smooth transition with no interruption in your care.

Over the past 5 years, it has been a privilege to be part of your children’s lives while serving at SHSU Physicians. I have accepted a position out of state, and while it is difficult to say goodbye, I am grateful for the time I have spent with such wonderful families.

Thank you for the trust you have placed in me. It has been an honor to care for your children, and I am confident you will continue to receive excellent care from the providers at SHSU Physicians.

Your child’s medical records will remain securely maintained in our office and accessible through Athena. If you need assistance transferring records to another provider, our team is happy to help.
